Shipping

All of my jewelry is handmade with care and attention to detail. Since each piece is created just for you, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your item is shipped.

I process orders Monday to Friday, and all orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after production is completed.

 

Germany & EU: 2–5 business days after production  
International shipping: 5–12 business days after production  
Shipping provider: DHL

 

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Once your order is shipped, I will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Please contact me at contact@topsanajewelry.com before sending the item back.

Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective.

Once I receive your return, I will inspect the item and issue a refund within 5–10 business days.
